Add your studios

Set up each of your studio locations in the back office. Give each one a name, address, and any relevant details. You can add as many studios as your plan allows.

Common questions

How long does setup take?

Most studios are fully set up within an hour. Creating your account takes two minutes. Adding studios, teachers, and students can be done in bulk, so a typical studio with 20 teachers and 200 students is configured in under 60 minutes.

Do my teachers need to download an app?

The Teacher App is a web application optimised for mobile devices. Teachers access it through their phone's browser — no app store download required. It works on iOS, Android, and any modern smartphone.

What if a teacher doesn't show up and I need a substitute?

Any teacher with an account can act as a substitute. They simply find the class in the app, indicate they are the substitute, and proceed to take attendance. The system records both the original teacher and the substitute for your records.

Can I import my existing student data?

Yes. You can import students from a CSV file. Our template covers all required fields. If you need help migrating from another system, our support team can assist.

Is there a limit on the number of studios or classes?

The Starter plan supports one studio. Pro and Studio plans support multiple studios and more classes. See the Pricing page for full details.
